SIM Suspend & Unsuspend Requests

Please note that you can suspend your SIM(s) to allow you to troubleshoot irregularities with your equipment or to prevent overuse tariff charges when the tariff amount is exceeded.

Suspension and unsuspension of SIMs is a temporary measure, meaning that they can be suspended or unsuspended upon request.

Please also be aware that SIMs are not automatically disconnected when the tariff allowance is reached.


Requests for suspending and unsuspending SIMs will be dealt with during Anvil’s normal business hours (Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5:30pm and Fridays, 9am to 5pm). Requests made outside of these hours will be acknowledged but cannot be actioned until the next working day.
